Ready for change?
Let’s work together to catalyze a transformational process towards greater ease, clarity, and resilience.
My approach
It is my great passion and deep honor to provide this guidance. I come to this meaningful work with integrity, heartfelt curiosity, and humility after witnessing how transformative psychedelics can be for individuals. I see healing and human connection as an essential aspect of what’s needed for our planet right now and nothing gives me more joy than to see people discovering their vitality and passion for life again.
I use several modalities to support your journey, including Psychedelic-friendly talk therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), read more on these below. My approach blends mind-body awareness with transpersonal and existential psychology and my training in Hakomi, IFS, Kundalini yoga, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy research (Ketamine, MDMA, psilocybin, ibogaine, and 5-MeO-DMT) in service of getting to the root of what’s not serving you.
As a psychedelic consultant, I also offer support to those dabbling with psychedelics by providing risk reduction in navigating use in a confusing legal landscape.

“I was Ashley‘s co-therapy partner in the MDMA clinical trials for several years and I have been able to watch her bring her magic into the therapeutic relationship firsthand. She offers a warm presence and an astute intuition to her work that has inspired me and deeply supported our participants.”

Offerings
Am I the right fit for you?
People who gravitate towards my practice are wanting to dig deeper into the roots of their underlying patterns and desiring to connect to the abundant well of inner resources that we are all born with.
Who I work with
I welcome people of every ethnicity, race, spirituality, sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship formations.
Those who experience the most success working with me are self-reflective and invested in their personal development. This is likely not the first step they are taking in their healing process, and there already exists a foundation of inquiry and discovery.

FAQs
-
Therapy is based on a trusting relationship. In fact, research has demonstrated that the most important factor for a beneficial therapeutic outcome is the fit between client and therapist.
For that reason, I encourage prospective clients to do a free 15 minute video consultation during which you can get a feel for our dynamic. It’s a space to share what brings you to seek therapy at this time, and gives you the opportunity to ask questions about how I work, fees, or anything else you are curious about.
If we mutually agree to move forward, we will schedule a 50 minute intake appointment where I will ask you about your goals, childhood experiences, health, and current resources. We would then collaboratively make a treatment plan on how to proceed, which we adjust as your process unfolds.
If we are not a good match, I'll gladly provide referrals to other clinicians who might be a good fit.

My rate for psychotherapy is $200 per 50 min appointment. I offer a sliding scale for those experiencing temporary financial hardship. Fees for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) can be found on the KAP information page.
According to the No Surprises Act, You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. Learn more here.

I offer talk therapy and ketamine-assisted-psychotherapy sessions via a secure and HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
-
I do not take insurance. I am able to provide superbills and charge HSA cards.
-
At this time, ketamine is the only legal treatment option to be used in conjunction with psychotherapy outside of research contexts.
-
No, the use of MDMA and psilocybin as treatments for mental health indications are still going through FDA clinical trials. If you choose to independently use either of these substances or other psychedelics outside of a clinical context, I can offer preparation, integration, and harm reduction to support you in reducing risk and making informed choices for yourself. I do not provide referrals to underground facilitators, nor condone illegal activity.
-
For talk therapy, I usually recommend that we work together for two months on a weekly basis, which allows us to establish a rhythm and a feel for each other. At that time, we will discuss how you feel your growth is progressing and if changing the frequency of sessions and/or incorporating other tools would support you. If we continue in an ongoing way, we will periodically check in on your goals to assess the level of support you need.
With ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), there is a structured protocol with some flexibility, but it usually entails three prep sessions followed by weekly ketamine sessions with an integration session the following day for six weeks. People often start to feel symptom relief after the first couple of sessions. See the dedicated KAP webpage for more details.
